Services

Radiology

X-rays are used to aid in the early detection of diseases.  This diagnostic imaging technology produces images that include general diagnostic, computerized tomographic scanning(better known as aCT scan), mammography screening, ultrasound, and Dexa scan or bone mineral testing.  All of these services are done either in-house or with mobile units.

The x-ray department is staffed from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with technicians on call evenings, weekends, and holidays to provide coverage 24 hours, seven days a week.

General x-rays are performed in the hospital and aid providers in the diagnosis of many disease states and conditions such as pneumonia, broken bones, arthritis, bowel obstructions, etc.  These films will be acquired with our newly updated x-ray machine.
