Dr.
Sylvia Anderson
Dr. Anderson is a graduate of Miller High School,
Miller, S.D. She attended the University of North Dakota, transferred to
Southern Nazarene University, and received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
in 1995. In 2003 she received her Doctorate in Medicine, Summa Cum Laude,
from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. She
completed her internship and residency at UND Family Practice Center in
Bismarck, N.D. While there she worked with the clinic, hospital, ER, OB,
and nursing home patients for the Family Practice Residency Program.
Dr. Anderson is a Family Practice physician. Her
major interests and experiences are in women's health including colposcopy and
colonoscopy, management of chronic diseases, and pediatrics. Dr.
Anderson began practicing in Faulkton in August 2006.

Dr.
Ken Bartholomew
Dr. Bartholomew is a 1967 graduate of Lemmon High
School, Lemmon, S.D. He attended the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah and
medical school also at the University of Utah, graduating in 1976. In 1977
he did his post-graduate internship at San Bernadino County Hospital, San
Bernadino, California. The following year he specialized in emergency room
medicine at San Bernadino County Hospital. Dr. Bartholomew is a Family/General Practitioner. In
1978 Dr. Bartholomew began his career at Faulk County Memorial
Hospital/Clinic. He has served as our Medical Director and Primary
Supervisor for our physician assistants since 1995. Since moving to
Fort Pierre in 1992 he has continued to serve Faulk
County on a weekly basis. He is on the staff of both St. Mary's
Hospital and Medical Associates Clinic in Pierre. Debra
Webb, CNP
Deb Webb is a Highmore, S.D. high school graduate and
has lived in Highmore-Harold area much of her life. She earned her
associate degree in nursing from USD in 1992 and worked for seven years as an RN
at St. Mary's Hospital in Pierre in the ER, medical-surgical, pediatrics, and as
nursing supervisor and clinical instructor for USD nursing students.
While working she also earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
from Graceland College in Iowa. She went on to secure her Masters in Nursing, specializing as a
Family Nurse Practitioner, from SDSU in 2000.
Since becoming a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Deb spent 4.5 years in Yankton
working at the South Dakota Human Services Center and with the Indian Health
Service in emergency room care. Since 2005
Deb worked in Huron and Chamberlain with family and emergency
medicine. She began practicing in Faulkton in September 2006.

Timothy
Quinn, PA-C
Tim Quinn is a graduate of Timber Lake High School,
Timber Lake, S.D. He attended SDSU and Black Hills State University where he
graduated with degrees in accounting and business administration. He spent
9 years as the CFO for the Mobridge Regional Hospital and then served as the
administrator of the hospital in Wishek, N.D. for a time before returning to
school. He spent two years at Bismarck State College
in preparation for Physicians Assistant schooling at USD in Vermillion where he
graduated in 2001, specializing in Family Practice. Since that time Tim has worked at the Hoven Hospital as
a Certified Physician's Assistant. He also has extensive experience as an
EMT, surgical tech, and telemetry monitor tech. He
serves in the South Dakota Army National Guard as a PA and has served overseas
in the Middle East. Tim began practicing in Faulkton in July 2006. Anthony
Peters, PA-C Anthony
Peters earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of
Iowa School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the
University of Kansas. He has worked in Wessington Springs for 5
years. For the past 2 1/2 years Tony has been doing emergency room and
family practice as a locum tenem in Wisconsin, North Dakota and South
Dakota. Tony grew up on a farm in Northwestern Iowa. He has two
daughters and shares his time between Woonsocket and Faulkton at the present
time.
