Diabetes Testing Supplies

Diabetic individuals needing a replacement glucometer or newly diagnosed diabetic individuals who qualify are eligible to receive a new glucometer from the education coordinator at no charge.  Please make an appointment with April Sorensen by calling 605-598-6239.
