All Classes held at the Faulkton Community Center.

CHAIR STRETCH & STRENGTH- Low Intensity Class (very low impact)

A 30 minute class consisting of a warm-up, light and easy stretches and toning exercises using resistive tubing and bands and light hand-weights.

STEP AEROBICS/Total Body Conditioning (T.B.C.)- Mid to High Intensity Class

 $45.00 / Session                **Drop-in price = $5 per class
 A 60 minute class that uses a step platform set to your preference of 4, 6, or 8 inches high.  This class includes a warm-up and cardiovascular segment that all takes place using the step platform as well as a toning and stretching segment to help you achieve a well rounded workout.  This class is taught at many different intensity levels to fit the needs of its participants.

FITBALL/BODY SCULPT- Mid to High Intensity Class (very low impact)

Need to bring an exercise mat and body ball.
Ball straps (to carry your ball) available for $6 each.

A 45 minute class schedule that uses a Body Ball and different sizes of hand-weights to achieve a well rounded workout.  The class focuses on weight training, using different training techniques to help 'sculpt' the body.  However, a cardiovascular effect is also achieved as the class moves from one activity to another in a smooth flowing pattern.  This class is taught on a multi-level format to meet the varying needs of its participants.

The Right Weigh, a lifelong weight management program, guided by a licensed and registered dietitian, is a 6-session series of classes that teaches participants proper nutritional guidelines that can assist in weight management and overall healthy lifestyle changes.

Tobacco addiction causes 438,000 deaths in the U.S. each year, making it the leading preventable cause of deaths.  In addition, some 8.6 million Americans live with a serious smoking-related illness.  Of the 46 million current smokers, 70 percent say that they would like to quit.  Without assistance, less than five percent are able to stop smoking.  The presenters will discuss the health risks of smoking cessation methods currently available and the latest information that will help you quit smoking for good.

Water Aerobics
